Becoming a change maker
We’ve refined our hiring process over years to make it as transparent, fair, and equitable as possible. If you decide to apply for a job in renewable energy, here’s what you can expect.
Online application: Send us your CV, along with optional supporting documents like a cover letter and educational certificates. We’ll send you an email to confirm we received your application.
Application review: Our talent acquisition team will review your application carefully and get back to you as soon as possible. As we are taking care of your application personally and we are not utilizing any AI tools for screening, it may take a bit longer to get back to you.
Recruiter interview: An initial virtual chat with one of our recruitment team, and maybe a hiring manager or potential future colleague. This first conversation will assess your key skills and set clear expectations for everyone.
Manager interview: Your prospective manager discusses the role with you, and might ask for further details to inform their decision. Depending on the job you’re applying for, you might need to do more than one manager interview.
Decision and offer: We decide if you’re the ideal candidate for the role, based on your interviews and other supporting input. If it’s a yes, we’ll make you a formal job offer.
Onboarding: You’re a change maker! As well as guiding you through details of your role, we’ll pair you with a buddy for support and guidance. We also hold dedicated welcome days to introduce new hires to the company, and to each other.
